Revisions first
If the material you receive does not match the agreed brief, tell us. In most cases a revision resolves the issue faster than a refund, and there is no extra charge when the original requirements were not met.
When a refund applies
- We are unable to provide the support agreed
- The material was not delivered by the agreed deadline through our fault
- The material materially fails to meet the agreed requirements and cannot be corrected
When a refund does not apply
- A grade or mark did not meet your expectation
- The brief was changed after work began
- Requirements or rubric details were not shared with us
